Abercrombie & Fitch filed a complaint against the singer in an Ohio court, reports FashionMag.
Recent news regarding Beyoncé’s planned collaboration with Coty to create a new fragrance has caught the attention of the clothing brand. Although the perfume has yet to be named, it is believed that it will have something to do with the name Sasha Fierce, since Knowles has filed for a patent on the name.
Sasha Fierce is also the name of Knowles’ latest album.
Abercrombie & Fitch feels that the name too closely resembles their Fierce fragrance, which was introduced in 2002. The company is determined to prevent the singer from using the name.
