Lopez and Anthony are suing Silver Cross Ltd. for using their photographs without their permission.
The company published pictures on the Web and in the media of the celebrity couple with their twins, Max and Emme, in the stroller.
The 27-page lawsuit claims that Silver Cross is capitalizing on the star couple’s image without permission.
Jessica Proudfoot, of Silver Cross, told the New York Daily News when questioned, "Silver Cross are currently unaware of any proceedings taken against them and have had no communication from either Jennifer Lopez or her representatives on this matter."
Lopez and Anthony are asking for $5 million US in damages, and a retraction of the photographs.
