Nicole Richie’e rep told People magazine, that the star is getting a leave from her anti-drinking treatment program. The personnel of this program were worried about Richie’s safety and thought a leave was necessary.
Richie’s rep explained, "They offer that option to anyone with a medical condition of any kind. She is not receiving special treatment."
Richie, 26, is 8-months pregnant and needs to finish an 18-month treatment program, ordered by the court for driving under the influence of alcohol.
