A Legal Problem for Sylvester Stallone

Sylvester Stallone was recently charged with a crime.

Stallone has been formally accused of illegally transporting a performance enhancing drug into Australia.

Last February 16, the star of the Rocky film franchise was stopped by customs agents in a Sydney, Australia airport.

Three days later, human growth hormones were also found in the hotel room of the actor.  In Australia, the penalty for such an offence can total $86,000 US in fines and five years in prison.

Stallone, 60, will not be obligated to appear in court on April 24 when his case is heard.
