Marc Malkin, a representative for the 35 year-old actress, confirmed that his client and her boyfriend, Shooter Jennings, are the proud parents of a daughter named Alabama Gypsy Rose. The baby is the first child for the couple, who have been together for six years.
De Matteo, who played Adriana La Cerva in the popular mafia series, and also starred in the sitcom Joey, announced her pregnancy last May. Although she didn’t yet know the sex of the baby, the star thought she would have a gir. She explained, "I use ‘she,’ because I’m getting so fat, I think it’s a girl!"
Shooter Jennings is the son of legendary country singer Waylon Jennings.
