The 28 year-old R&B star is being sued following an accident that took place in Los Angeles that resulted in the death of a woman.
Marouane Hdidou, whose wife Awatef Aboudihaj died last December 30, took legal action against the singer on Wednesday in a Los Angeles court.
Brandy is already facing a lawsuit filed by the parents of the victim.
