The New York Daily News reports that the woman arrested for the murder of Scott Ruffalo claims that she has nothing to hide. According to Shaha Mishaal Adham, the actor’s brother accidentally shot himself in the head because he was playing Russian Roulette.
"We expect the coroners report to show the shooting was a result of the victim’s chronic playing of Russian Roulette and his dangerous playing with firearms while under the use of controlled substances," said Ronald Richards, the attorney representing Adham in the case.
Richards argues that the suspect, who is expected to appear in court today, was Ruffalo’s good friend. The defence asserts that Adham did not play a role in the incident that occurred the night of December 1.
