Web site owner Ben Holz denies that he is dating Lindsay Lohan, and insists that they are just friends.
Holz and the starlet were seen spending time together along Hawaii’s oceanside earlier this week.
"We have a mutual friend, Woody Harrelson, who lives here on the island – he asked me to show her around. Lindsay and I are just friends," Holz explained to Radar Online.
Lohan recently split with her girlfriend, Samantha Ronson.
