According to FemaleFirst, Winehouse is going to see her marriage with Fielder-Civil officially dissolve in six weeks through London’s Superior Court.
The 25-year-old star returned to England on Monday (July 13) after her long getaway to the Caribbean, where she was taking time out to recuperate.
In addition to focusing on her follow-up disc to Back to Black, the singer seemed determined to get her personal life back in order as well. A source stated, "She is ready to move on following the end of the marriage. Amy has not had any contact with Blake for months and is focusing on the future. She is finishing her album and in good health."
