A Remake of Summer School

The studio has hired Kyle Pennekamp and Scott Turpel to write the screenplay about the high school teacher who has to ditch his vacation plans to teach a summer class.  The teacher, who would also like to rise to the position of principal, doesn’t have it easy when the kids try to make life hard for him.  The original Summer School was directed by Carl Reiner.
