The end of their relationship, which began in September 2006, comes while rumours of an engagement were growing stronger.
A friend close to Wilson revealed, "It was a pretty bad breakup. Owen said it was a tough one. He definitely doesn’t want to dwell on it. He wants to put it behind him."
