Clinic will be releasing Do It! on April 8. The group’s last album, Visitation, came out in 2006.
The album was recorded at the group’s apartment in Liverpool and was described as a "contrast between mellow and weirdness" by the band’s singer Ade Blackburn.
Blackburn told Billboard.com, “We heavily chopped up the song structures so they’re not standard verse/chorus," Blackburn tells Billboard.com. "It makes the record hard to pin down and unpredictable."
The group collaborated with Jacquire King, who has worked with Tom Waits and Kings of Leon to do the mixing of pop songs.
Clinic will be touring North America in May to promote their new album.
