A surprising muse for Nars

Nars chooses a dog to represent its new products.

For its new product line, François Nars decided to choose a new face that would surprise, rather than opting for a safe bet.

The new face of the Nars brand for its new product line is none other than François Nars’ 13-year old bulldog named Marcel.

The Pro Prime Line collection is designed to smooth skin, fill in fine lines, keep makeup in place, and give the skin a jump start on perfection prior to makeup application.

Marcel even offers beauty tips: "While products are important, any NARSissist knows it’s not always what you’re applying but how it’s applied. Preparing the skin for makeup is the most important part of any makeup application. Remove makeup nightly, use SPF when in the sun, and always moisturize."

Marcel is the face of the new Nars ad campaign for the products that will be available in all Sephora stores in the U.S. and maybe in France.
