According to People magazine, Hanson and his wife Natalie welcomed little River Samuel Hanson to the world on September 4. The proud father revealed, "River is an incredible addition to our family. We could not be happier!"
Hanson and his wife were married in June, 2002. They are already the parents of a son, Jordan Ezra, born in October, 2002, and a daughter, Penelope, born in April, 2005.
After the birth of his first child, Taylor Hanson said, "Having a baby is a life-changer. It gives you a whole other perspective on why you wake up every day."
Hanson, the band comprised of Taylor and his two brothers, Isaac and Zac, recorded the popular 1997 song MMMBop. Currently the three artists are working on their next album, which is expected to be released in 2007.
