Sponsored by the Roche-Posay Laboratory and the Syndicat national français des dermatologues, the (French language-only) www.mesgrainsdebeaute.fr site provides a wealth of relevant information so people can assess their risk of developing skin cancer, including its severest form, melanoma.
Users can use this site to track the evolution of their moles. Video surveillance has even been set up for the occasion.
People will be able to identify suspicious moles, get answers to their questions and monitor their skin with methods of assessment.
Early diagnosis maximizes the chances of recovery from cancer. Skin cancer is no exception. If there is any doubt, it is best to consult a professional as soon as possible.
