A source close to the 42-year-old actor told In Touch Weekly that Sheen will marry Mueller on May 30.
The couple met in 2006 at a party. At that time, Sheen had just divorced Denise Richards, with whom he has two daughters, Sam and Lola.
Last July, the star of Two and a Half Men announced that he and Mueller were engaged. This will be the third marriage for Sheen.
