Aerosmith Halts Canadian Tour

Aerosmith has been forced to make some changes to their Canadian tour due to Steven Tyler’s health issues.

The band is officially rescheduling shows, after frontman Steven Tyler fell from the stage during a concert in South Dakota last week, reports Rolling Stone.

Tyler broke his shoulder and had to have stitches after falling while performing the song Love in an Elevator.

The show in Winnipeg, Manitoba was immediately postponed, and now Ticketmaster.ca announced that other Canadian performances would be postponed until Tyler returns to work.  The Web site reported, “A rescheduled tour announcement is forthcoming for Winnipeg, Regina, Edmonton, Calgary and Vancouver.”

The next expected concert for Aerosmith is scheduled for August 17 in Seattle.
