This Boston group is going into the studio on November 1 to start recording their new album.
Guitarist Joe Perry told Billboard.com their intentions without revealing too much information. The name of the director has not been announced, but Perry did say they may work with many directors. Perry added that Rick Rubin, from Sony, may be involved in this album, but not necessarily as a director.
The group would like to release this new album in March 2008.
