And the Aerosmith saga continues. It may have been wishful thinking to hope that the band’s latest tour would go off without a hitch. The tour has gotten off to a rocky start so far.
The band reunited after some rough patches. They made their comeback public knowledge with a funny promotional video. They announced that they would kick off a new tour on May 13 in Venezuela and then travel around the world.
The band was supposed to play at the Hippodromo San Isidro in Buenos Aires, Argentina on May 27.
But word came yesterday (April 14) that it would not be able to play that show. Drummer Joey Kramer wrote on Twitter: "Unfortunately I have just heard Aerosmith will not be in Argentina. I’m sorry 2 the fans, it didn’t work out. I’m sorry, Aerosmith would luv 2 (sic) be back in Argentina, this was not our decision. I’m sorry to the fans in Argentina, the venue couldn’t work it out."
