Alain Ducasse Does a New Version of Fish and Chips

The renowned chef, Alain Ducasse has added a bit of English cuisine to his menu.

Alain Ducasse made his 27th restaurant, The Dorchester, have gastronomic surprises with ideas taken from English cuisine.

Ducasse has a menu reflecting the English cuisine with items such as chutney, spicey vegetables, chicken pie and fish and chips. Ducasse explained that he wanted to combine his French knowledge as a chef with English cuisine.
