Contrary to bachelors of the Hollywood norm, who walk about town with young girls on their arms, actor Alec Baldwin confirmed that it’s not his cup of tea.
The 30 Rock star insists that he has nothing in common with younger women, and would rather have a relationship with someone his own age.
For the 51-year-old star, there is nothing worse than waking up with a 25-year-old woman, because there’s nothing to talk about. He much prefers dating women with whom he can share interesting conversations.
"Seriously. It’s sad but there are men who go for whatever their earliest ideal of a sexual partner was, they stay with that ideal, meaning men often lock into the image of the first girl they loved at 18. They get stuck in an idea of sexuality with young women. Other men learn to see beyond all that," said Baldwin.
The actor was married for nine years to actress Kim Bassinger. The two had a particularly stormy divorce in 2002, and battled for years over custody of their daughter, who is now 14 years old.
