The 34-year-old star of the American Pie trilogy and the show How I Met Your Mother, and her husband, actor Alexis Denisof, 42, will be welcoming their first child in the spring.
The couple met on the set of Buffy the Vampire Slayer during the 1999-2000 season and married on October 11, 2003.
