Amy Winehouse, Lady Gaga sing with Tony Bennett

Legendary crooner announces final Duets II lineup.

To mark his 83rd birthday today (August 3), Emmy and Grammy award-winner Tony Bennett has announced the complete lineup of stars to round out his forthcoming album, Duets II.

This new and anticipated collection serves as the follow-up to the widely acclaimed Duets: An American Classic released in 2006, and will feature an impressive, diverse array of talent, including Lady Gaga, Michael Buble, Andrea Bocelli, Mariah Carey, Aretha Franklin, Norah Jones and Carrie Underwood. Also included on the approaching collection is a special track entitled Body and Soul, which features the late Amy Winehouse.

Oscar-winning cinematographer Dion Beeb filmed the recording sessions for Duets II, and an in-depth, behind-the-scenes documentary will also be made available.

Duets II will be available on Tuesday, August 2 on iTunes, Amazon and bn.com. Fans who pre-order through the singer’s official site, www.tonybennett.com, will receive an exclusive video of Tony and k.d. lang performing Blue Velvet, as well as an MP3 download of the track.

Tony Bennett first started his singing career in 1949, and has released over 70 albums to date.
