The British singer, who tends to be stricken with personal setbacks, was driven to the hospital after she lost consciousness, reports FemaleFirst.
According to Winehouse’s spokesperson, the illness was brought on by medication that was prescribed to the star.
This isn’t the first time that Winehouse has encountered health problems. Last June, she was admitted to the hospital after undergoing a series of tests. Earlier, doctors believed that she was suffering from tuberculosis, however she was finally diagnosed with emphysema.
