According to FemaleFirst, Fielder-Civil, who is still behind bars for conspiracy, called his wife to tell her he tried to hang himself. Winehouse was troubled by this call until her friends told her that if he were telling the truth she would have heard about it from the prison officials.
A source stated, "Blake told Amy he had tried to hang himself in his cell. Now it seems it didn’t happen and she’s asking why he’d tell such an awful lie."
Another source explained, "We can state 100 per cent that he has not been involved in any suicide attempt."
