Stevie Wonder, Will.i.am, Melissa Etheridge, Jennifer Hudson, Death Cab For Cutie and Usher are some of the artists participating on the album, Change Is Now: Renewing America’s Promise. This CD/DVD will be released via Hidden Beach Recordings, in association with the Presidential Inaugural Committee.
Several of the 18 songs on the album will feature excerpts from Obama’s Denver speech. The DVD offers eight of his campaign speeches.
The set is being sold online at pic2009.inauguralcollectibles.com, and will also be found at certain inaugural events set to take place in Washington D.C.
