For the first time in 37 years Burden will hit the stage with his former band mates for a single show on April 21.
The announcement comes after learning that two discs will be re-released on March 24, Eric Burdon Declares WAR and Black Man’s Burdon. Other compilations from the band will be re-released in the spring, such as The Best of Eric Burdon and War and The War Anthology.
The concert on April 21 will be recorded for a DVD, and will feature Burdon, keyboardist Lonnie Jordan, guitarist Start Ziff, bassist Francisco "Pancho" Tomaselli, saxophone player Fernando Harkless, Mitch Kashmar, Salvador Rodriguez and Marcos Reyes.
