Angelina Jolie Comes to the Aid of Refugees

The star, a United Nations Ambassador, offered the money to finance an organisation to provide legal aid to children who arrive alone in the United States as refugees or immigrants.

During an interview with the National Press Club, the star mentioned, "I can’t believe that any of us would expect that it’s reasonable to send a child to face this by themselves.  I actually think it’s cruel."

The star adopted a 3 year-old boy from Cambodia.  She has also revealed that her son, Maddox, would like to have a little African brother.
