The body of the former playmate, Anna Nicole Smith, will be buried Friday next to her son Daniel, as ruled by a judge.
The ruling came a few days after the mother of the late actress asked for an appeal, requesting that her daughter’s body be buried in her hometown in Texas.
The funeral service will be Friday morning. Smith died three weeks ago. She was found unconscious in a Florida hotel room.
