Dannielynn, 18 months old, was named the only heir to Anna Nicole’s estate yesterday (March 4) by a Los Angeles judge, reports People.
In papers filed on October 18, 2007, Howard K. Stern, the executor of Smith’s will, stated the star’s intentions as written in her 2001 will. The will was written before the birth of Dannielynn in September of 2006.
Stern’s attorney, Bruce S. Ross, said yesterday, "We and Mr. Stern always believed that Anna Nicole never intended to disinherit her daughter. I’m pleased to say this chapter in the saga is closed."
Dannielynn’s mother, Anna Nicole Smith, died in February of 2007.
