Raffaello Follieri, actress Anne Hathaway’s man, is having problems with the law once again, reports PerezHilton.com.
Follieri was arrested in May for making bad checks, and it wasn’t the first time the Italian producer has encountered problems regarding finance.
This time, the Follieri Foundation, a children’s charity group directed by Follieri himself, has become the subject of an investigation conducted by the Attorney General of New York State, Andrew Cuomo.
Cuomo’s office has refused to state the reason for the investigation, however, it was learned that investigators have asked to see financial documents from the organisation.
