The personal journals of actress Anne Hathaway were taken by the FBI as evidence for the fraud investigation of her former boyfriend, Raffaello Follieri, reports UsMagazine.com.
Personal photographs of the couple, as well as other documents and items, such as a Tiffany clock and an antique Bible were confiscated by the FBI.
Hathaway, 25, broke up with the Italian business man just days after his arrest in June. The star was not involved in any of the crimes for which Follieri is being investigated.
