Anne Heche is Fed Up

Actress Anne Heche does not have the means to pay her ex-husband child support payments.

Since Heche’s show Men in Trees has been pulled, the actress claims she no longer has the means to pay $15 000 in child support for her son Homer.

In addition to the child support, Heche also pays for her 6-year-old son’s private school education, a home in Canada, a residence in Los Angeles, as well as a few cars.

"I am continuing to look for work, but I have no offers pending and the impending strike by the Screen Actors Guild reduces my prospects for work even further," Heche, 38, wrote in the court papers.

This statement seemed convincing for Judge Gail Ruderman Feuer.  On Wednesday (May 14), she ruled that Heche does not need to pay her ex-husband, Corey Laffoon, child support until July.

However, the star must keep the court informed about any developments concerning her financial situation.
