UsMagazine.com reports that the CW network cancelled its series The Beautiful Life after only two shows.
The team learned the news on Friday (September 25) while shooting the seventh episode. CW was disappointed to make the announcement to the show’s million viewers.
The Beautiful Life, executive produced by Ashton Kutcher, starred Mischa Barton, Corbin Bleu and Elle MacPherson. Barton played a model in the fashion world having a hard time taking the straight and narrow path.
The young actress is now without a job at a time when she is making strides to put her life back together. Back in July, filming for the series had to be put on hold as a result of Barton’s hospital stay under psychiatric care.
