According to People magazine, Thurman and her boyfriend, Andre Balazs, a luxury hotel chain owner, recently ended their romance after three years of dating.
Rumours had been circulating that the Kill Bill star was planning to wed Balazs in the Caribbean this summer. Robert Garlock, a representative for Thurman, is not commenting on the relationship.
Last year, Thurman and Balazs were separated for a brief period before giving their love another chance last fall.
Thurman, 36, was previously married to actor Ethan Hawke. She will be starring in the film The Accidental Husband in which she will play a radio hostess.
