After Josh Brolin, Anthony Hopkins, Naomi Watts and Freida Pinto, now Antonio Banderas has become the latest recruit for Woody Allen’s next project, reports The Hollywood Reporter.
The untitled film and top-secret plot will not be revealed, since that’s not in Allen’s tradition.
Filming is set for the summer in London, and will be financed by the same company that footed the bill for Vicky Cristina Barcelona, Mediapro.
This will be a reunion for Banderas and Hopkins, who were both stars of The Mask of Zorro in 1998.
Banderas will star in Thick as Thieves, opening April 17.
