Consolidated with Country Inns in 1999, the Auberge du Lac Taureau frequently receives regular visits from anonymous professional evaluators. These visits assess the establishements services and accomodations, as well as evaluation of the food and restaurant.
At this lastest evalutation, the Auberge du Lac Taureau obtained 91.5% for the accomodation component and 88.6% for the restaurant, far exceeding expectations.
For its 10th anniversary, these results have elated owner Mario Gouin.
These assessments are normally performed every two years. However, Mr. Gouin asked for them to visit every 6 months so he can obtain more customer feedback.
