August 20, 2010 – This Week’s Music Charts

As the dog days of summer continue, Eminem’s Recovery has now recovered its place at the top of the Billboard 200, topping the 2 million mark and becoming 2010’s second release to go double platinum, after Lady Antebellum’s Need You Now. Em’s supercomeback may owe something to the controversial video for the second single off the album, Love the Way You Lie feat. Rihanna, which stars Megan Fox and Lost’s Dominic Monaghan, which has gone viral and given a new burst to the already-hot single.
