No one knew he was even a couple!

In the Amazon Prime Video series The Summer I Turned Pretty, Belly vacillates between Jeremiah and Conrad, but ultimately chooses the latter. However, in real life, the actor who plays Jeremiah, Gavin Casalegno, has found happiness elsewhere. He recently surprised fans by unveiling photos of his wedding to his new wife, Cheyanne Casalegno, who looks surprisingly like Belly.

The shots, shared on social networks, are absolutely gorgeous, and many added a touch of amusement to the unexpected news.

The newlyweds traded vows in an enchanting Los Angeles setting, surrounded by a field of flowers, friends and family.

The union took fans by surprise, especially as Gavin had been very discreet about his love life since his 2022 break-up with model and actress Larsen Thompson. Many had assumed he was still single until this unexpected announcement.

Cheyanne, a 23-year-old nurse, appears to have been in a relationship with Gavin since May 2023, when she posted their first photo together on her social networks.

Actress Megan Fox revealed that she was expecting her first child with Richard Colson Baker, better known as Machine Gun Kelly.

The Transformers star shared the news via an Instagram post.

Megan Fox, 38, and Machine Gun Kelly, 34, met on the set of Midnight in the Switchgrass in March 2020, when she was still married to the father of her children, Brian Austin Green. In May of the same year, the 90210 actor filed for divorce, and in June Megan and MGK made their relationship official.

Two years later, in January 2022, the couple announced their engagement, but in March 2024, they called it off. Since then, no news had circulated until Megan announced her pregnancy.

The actress is already mom to three boys from her relationship with her ex-husband, and Richard Colson Baker is dad to a 15-year-old daughter.

A case that has been the talk of the town for 30 years!

On August 20, 1989, brothers Joseph Lyle Menendez and Erik Galen Menendez murdered their parents, José and Mary Louise Menendez, in their Beverly Hills home. In 1996, they were sentenced to life imprisonment without the possibility of parole.

The Menendez brothers’ attorney, Mark Geragos, recently said he expects they could be released in time for Christmas, after a significant legal breakthrough that could lead to their release after 35 years in prison. Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascon recommended a new sentencing hearing for Lyle, 56, and Erik, 53, citing new evidence in the case as well as their exemplary behavior in prison.

At their first trial, the Menendez brothers claimed to have killed their parents in self-defense, citing years of sexual abuse by their father, while their mother remained passive. The 1993 trial ended in a mistrial.

In their second trial, the judge dismissed the majority of the abuse testimony and limited the jurors’ options to murder, without including the possibility of manslaughter, as had been proposed in the first trial.

A hearing is scheduled for November 26, two days before Thanksgiving, when a Los Angeles Superior Court judge could review their life sentences in light of prosecutor George Gascon’s recommendation and new evidence. The judge could also order a new trial. However, even if the judicial process succeeds, a parole board will have to review their case, leaving them unlikely to be released by Thanksgiving.

The story of the Menendez brothers has regained popularity thanks to the Netflix series Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story, starring Javier Bardem, Chloë Sevigny, Cooper Koch and Nicholas Alexander Chavez.

She acts and sings!

Two years after her role in Eternals, Angelina Jolie returns to the small screen with the film Maria, to be released on Netflix on December 11. She plays Maria Callas, the 20th-century opera icon, in an intimate account of the Greek-American soprano’s last days before her death in 1977.

The film promises an immersion into the life of this legend, touching on her final reflections, her artistic triumphs, and the torments that marked her private life.

The life of Maria Callas, marked by as much glamour as tumult, continues to fascinate, and the film Maria, starring Angelina Jolie, puts the spotlight on this operatic icon. Considered the most acclaimed opera singer of her time, Callas lived a tormented existence, not least due to a strained relationship with her mother and a clandestine affair with a world-famous tycoon. Towards the end of her life, Callas withdrew from the stage, leading a reclusive life in Paris, where she died of a heart attack on September 16, 1977, at the age of 53.

In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Angelina Jolie shared her deep personal connection with Callas.

The film Maria is directed by Pablo Larraín, known for his sensitive biographical works Jackie and Spencer.

With Maria, Larraín completes his “Great Woman Trilogy”.

It’s still just as magical!

The Wizards of Waverly Place series aired on Disney Channel from 2007 to 2012 and quickly became one of the channel’s most popular shows, alongside Hannah Montana and The Suite Life of Zack and Cody. It starred Alex Russo (played by Selena Gomez), a teenager with magical powers who had to juggle her witchcraft training with her life as a student.

Twelve years later, the spin-off Wizards Beyond Waverly Place was released.

Selena Gomez made a guest appearance, and fans can look forward to a healthy dose of nostalgia!

The new series Wizards Beyond Waverly Place stars Justin Russo, Alex’s older brother, who has decided to lead a mortal life alongside his partner Giada and their two boys. His tranquility is disrupted when he is visited by Billie, a young girl sent by Alex to convince him to return to witchcraft.

David Henrie reprises his role as Justin Russo, while Mimi Gianopulos plays Giada, and Janice LeAnn Brown plays the rebellious Billie.

Fans can also expect several nods to the old series with the return of Jake T. Austin as Max, Maria Canals-Barrera as Theresa, and David DeLuise as Jerry.

As for Selena Gomez, in addition to her appearance in the pilot episode, she’ll be back in several of the ten planned episodes!

In April 2024, a reboot of the Scary Movie franchise was announced at Paramount’s CinemaCon event, and now it’s official! Marlon Wayans confirmed on Instagram that after 20 years, he and his brothers will be back for a new installment of the cult comedy.

The Scary Movie series was developed by Marlon Wayans, Shawn Wayans and Keenen Ivory Wayans. Keenen Ivory Wayans wrote and directed the first two installments, while Marlon and Shawn co-wrote and starred in these films, which parodied horror classics such as Scream and I Know What You Did Last Summer. The fifth film, released in 2013, already left fans waiting for a new installment.

Deadline has also confirmed that filming on the new Scary Movie will begin in 2025, with a theatrical release planned shortly afterwards. The Wayans brothers, alongside Rick Alvarez (producer of Scary Movie 2 and White Chicks), will be responsible for scripting and producing this long-awaited return.

In June 2024, Anna Faris, the unforgettable star of the first four films, shared with Deadline that she would agree to reprise her role as Cindy Campbell under two conditions: an adequate fee and the return of Regina Hall as Brenda Meeks, her hilarious best friend.

Fans are already wondering whether films such as Insidious, M3GAN and Smile will be referenced in this new opus.

Starting this Tuesday, October 29, you’ll be able to get your gang together and sing Vampire at the top of their lungs while watching the whole thing via the streaming platform.

The energy will certainly be at its peak, as the concert filmed for Netflix is Olivia Rodrigo’s at the Intuit Dome in Los Angeles, where she performs songs from her latest album GUTS as well as her debut album SOUR.

The three-time Grammy Award-winning singer kicked off her tour on February 23, 2024, performing 95 sold-out shows in North America, Europe, Asia and more.
