Britney Spears has signed a prenuptial agreement

Britney Spears will not share her fortune with her new husband, Sam Asghari, if things go wrong between them.

According to what the New York Post has learned, the singer and her husband signed a prenuptial agreement before last Thursday’s wedding that will protect the star’s fortune in the event of a divorce.

The pop star asked her lawyer Mathew Rosengart to draft the agreement. The latter is the one who allowed Britney Spears to get out of the clutches of her father who controlled her for more than 13 years because of a Administrative guardianship over her personal and professional life.

BritneySpears, 40, and Sam Asghari, 28, were engaged in September 2021. Last week, they decided to unite their destinies. The ceremony took place in the backyard of the singer’s mansion in Thousand Oaks, California.

The couple had invited celebrities such as Madonna, Selena Gomez, Paris Hilton and Drew Barrymore.
