Judge gags Trump: “He’s a criminal defendant”

Donald Trump could well face serious sanctions if he violates the ban imposed on him this Monday in the federal trial for his alleged attempts to nullify the results of the 2020 election, after the judge in the case issued her decision to impose a ban on any public comment aimed at prosecutors, court staff, as well as witnesses.

Trump is now very limited in what he can say about the federal prosecution of Special Counsel Jack Smith.

“His presidential candidacy does not give him carte blanche to vilify public servants who are simply doing their jobs,” explained Judge Tanya Chutkan when she issued her ruling.

Trump is no longer allowed to harass or threaten certain people, due to the restrictions imposed on him this morning, including Special Counsel Jack Smith’s staff, court personnel and numerous witnesses:

“Mr. Trump is a criminal defendant. He is facing four felony charges. He is under the supervision of the criminal justice system and he must follow his conditions of release.”

Judge Chutkan thus gave Trump and his lawyers a serious warning:

“Politics stops at this courtroom door.”

Taylor Swift breaks a record with her film-concert The Eras Tour!

She surpasses a certain Justin Bieber.

The great pop singer Taylor Swift never ceases to impress with one hit after another.

While her Eras Tour, which pays tribute to all her albums, is the most expensive the star has ever done, fans flock to her extravagant concerts.

Many of the concerts took place in sold-out stadiums, and we’ll remember that it was quite a deal to get even a single ticket!

Then Swift decided to take her concert to the movies!

And that’s how the film-concert featuring her show from The Eras Tour became the highest-grossing concert film of all time, raking in $96 million at the North American box office in its first weekend in theaters.

Wow!

Taylor Swift’s film thus ranks first in the history of the genre, ahead of Justin Bieber: Never Say Never, which grossed $73 million.

For fans of the genre, note that Beyoncé is also planning to release her film-concert Renaissance during the month of December!

Will she succeed in dethroning Taylor Swift (and also overtake Justin Bieber)?

Chris Rock wanted to date Jada Pinkett amidst Will Smith divorce rumors

Jada Pinkett-Smith made many shocking revelations in a recent interview with People, but one stood out when she claimed that Chris Rock wanted to date her at a time when a persistent rumor was circulating that she was divorcing Will Smith.

While it’s unclear whether the tension between Chris Rock and Will Smith has indeed subsided, Jada does add to it, as she reportedly received a call from Chris Rock asking her out on a date, at a time when strong divorce rumors were circulating… Rock finally apologized when she replied that they were just rumors… but, lo and behold, the rumors may have been true after all, since Jada has just announced that she and Will have been separated for seven years!

Excuse me?

WennCover

Yup, in a surprising revelation, Jada claims that the couple has been secretly separated since 2016!

So Jada and Will were no longer a couple when the latter slapped Chris Rock in the face at the infamous Oscars of March 2022, if Pinkett’s words are to be believed. Now, that may reveal a lot about Will Smith’s true motivations for acting this way towards the host at the Oscars.

CaptureABC

“I thought it was a skit,” Jada also explained about her initial reaction at the Oscars, quickly realizing it was real when Will returned to sit beside her.

At the time, there was no sign of their separation, as Will Smith had even shouted at Chris Rock after a bad joke about Jada’s shaved head: “Keep my wife’s name out of your f*cking mouth”, a now infamous line that shall live forever.

Jada Pinkett-Smith is currently on a promotional tour for the release of her memoirs, Worthy, available from October 17.
