Taylor Swift Taylor Swift made music history by becoming the first artist ever to reach the entire Top 10 of the Billboard Hot 100.

Alec Baldwin settles with Halyna Hutchins’ family

Olivia Wilde wins custody of her children and accuses Jason Sudeikis of “humiliating and embarrassing” her

The custody battle between Jason Sudeikis and Olivia Wilde is finally over, after several close calls.

Indeed, four months after the actress was awkwardly served with custody papers while on stage at a live event, Olivia accused her former fiancé of intentionally trying to “embarrass” and “threaten” her.

The actress legally moved to dismiss Sudeikis’ custody petition, according to court documents obtained by the Daily Mail on Aug. 10, and criticized the “aggressive” tactics of the star of Ted Lasso.

“Jason’s actions were clearly intended to threaten me and catch me off guard,” Olivia said in her court filing.

“He could have served me discreetly, but instead chose to serve me in the most aggressive manner possible.”

She continued, “For Jason to embarrass me professionally and expose our personal conflict in this manner is extremely contrary to the best interests of our children.”

Although Sudeikis tried as hard as he could to justify himself in a statement reported by the Daily Mail, saying he had not intended for his ex-fiancée to receive the papers on stage, Olivia Wilde is emerging victorious in their custody battle.

Page Six reported that the judge in their case denied Sudeikis’ custody request after determining that the children’s home state is in California.

The document reads, “Therefore, for the reasons stated on the record on July 15, 2022, the motion to dismiss the custody petitions filed on October 21, 2021, is granted as this court finds that New York cannot hear the custody petitions because New York is not the home state of the subject children.”

Sudeikis and Wilde share Otis, 8, and Daisy, 5.

Olivia Newton-John was “not afraid to die”

Her niece recalls a conversation with the actress.

A few days after her death,Olivia Newton John’s niece, Tottie Goldsmith, mentioned that the actress was not afraid of death, reported Mirror.

It was announced last Monday that Olivia had passed away, at the age of 73, surrounded by family and friends at her ranch in Southern California. Her husband John Easterling shared the news in a touching statement as he paid tribute to his wife.

The news prompted tributes and reflection on her legacy, including from her niece Tottie, 59 – who spoke about the beloved actress in an emotional interview.

Indeed, she said Olivia, who announced in 2017 that she was facing her third bout of cancer after an initial diagnosis in 1992, was not afraid to die in her later years.

Tottie said the icon became “really thin and sick” a few years ago and was undergoing treatment at the Olivia Newton-John Cancer Research Institute in Melbourne at the time.

Tottie also recalled during the interview:

“I said to her, ‘ Are you afraid to die?‘ […] She said: I’m not afraid, I’ve done more in my life than I could have ever imagined.”

The icon’s niece added, “Honestly, she never would have imagined her life would be the way it was,” referring to the cancer center, created by the star, that had helped her through her illness.

“She was really blown away by the impact she had on people […] She was deeply, deeply passionate about what she could give back,” she explained.

Recall that the actress’ husband, John Easterling, asked anyone who wanted to give flowers to make a donation to the foundation instead.

“He’s as strong as he can be.”

As actress Anne Heche remains in extremely critical condition following her serious car accident last week, her 20-year-old son, Homer, is taking the lead in advocating for “the best care” for his mother.

A source told Entertainment Tonight that the actress is surrounded by family members hoping for a recovery.

“Her family is on edge, just praying.”

Revealing that Homer is taking the lead in making sure his mother gets the best care, the source explained:

“He’s as strong as he can be. The family is ready (…) if she wakes up. Everyone is waiting for that to happen.”

It was on Friday, Aug. 5, that Heche crashed her Mini Cooper into a house just before 11 a.m. in the Mar Vista neighborhood of Los Angeles.

It took nearly 60 firefighters to save her from the wreckage, which started an uncontrollable fire, Heche was rushed to a nearby hospital with burns, and the house became uninhabitable.

The fiery car crash was his third car accident in 30 minutes.
