Uber to offer helicopter rides in 2026

Starting in early 2026, Uber will be offering helicopter rides, thanks to a new partnership with Joby Aviation.

The precise date of the project’s commencement will be announced at a later date.

Joby Aviation and innovation

Joby Aviation recently acquired Blade, a transportation network that handles flights in the USA and France. However, flights for this service are limited to the New York area.

Blade and Joby Aviation are also working on an eVTOL project, an electric flying cab that could be in service soon!

Nearing certification

The aircraft are expected to receive certification in the U.S. shortly, with the U.S. President pushing regulators to speed up the process in June. Joby is also planning to make an offer in Dubai in the coming year.

With the infinite possibilities offered by Uber, Joby has every intention and opportunity to usher in a new era in transportation.

Nintendo has announced a release date and title for the next film featuring your favorite plumbers, the Mario Bros.

The film will be called The Super Mario Galaxy Movie, a nod to the video game franchise of the same name.

The film will hit cinemas on April 3, 2026.

Chris Pratt (Mario), Charlie Day (Luigi), Anya Taylor-Joy (Peach) and Jack Black (Bowser) are all expected to return for the sequel to Super Mario Bros Movie, released in 2023. New characters are also expected to make their first appearance on the big screen, including Yoshi.

Nintendo has also confirmed that the Super Mario Galaxy game will be available on both the Nintendo Switch and the Nintendo Switch 2 on October 2.

Nintendo announces new Animal Crossing-esque Pokémon game

With the new generations of consoles on the horizon, the Pokémon universe is venturing into uncharted territory.

Nintendo has captured fans attention again in its most recent public post, unveiling an all-new Pokémon concept.

A new game entitled Pokémon Pokopia will is scheduled for release in the spring of 2026. In this adventure, players will embody a Ditto with the goal of building a Pokémon community, with the help of famous starters such as Bulbasaur, Charmander and Squirtle. Nintendo is expected to reveal the official release date shortly.

According to many observers, this new concept is closely reminiscent of the Animal Crossing universe, a game that has been all the rage for several years now.

Currently shooting Spiderman: Brand New Day, Tom Holland had two revelations about himself in an interview with IGN.

The Brit revealed that he has both ADHD and Dyslexia, two disorders that can seriously hinder his day-to-day work as an actor!

Holland also recently showed up with a surprisingly new haircut… featured in a recent appearance in a LEGO commercial.

And in addition to working on Spiderman, Tom Holland will also star in Christopher Nolan‘s 2026 epic, The Odyssey, in which he will play Telemachus, the son of Odysseus (Matt Damon).

After these back-to-back blockbusters, Holland plans to take a leave of absence in 2027… but will tempting offers change his mind?

Channing Tatum opens up about his divorce

Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan were married for around 10 years (2009-2019), and together they have a daughter named Everly.

In an interview with Variety, the 45-year-old actor opened up about the difficulties of his divorce, and the struggle of dealing with joint custody of his daughter.

Tatum also revealed that he injured himself on the set of Avengers: Doomsday, needing to take time off to finish filming the rest of his Gambit scenes, including a key fight with Dr. Doom (Robert Downey Jr.). Tatum is reportedly in good spirits after the injury, though it’s serious enough that Tatum is recovering with intensive physical therapy, and pain medications.

Avengers: Doomsday is scheduled to hit cinemas on December 18, 2026 with a star studded cast.

Since 2003, Call of Duty games have been among the most popular in the video game industry.
