The Rollings Stones Are Back

It is the Saskatchewan capital, Regina, that will host the greatest rock band of history on October 8th of this year.

The concert will take place at the Mosaic Stadium. Six days of preparation will be necessary to install all technical equipment from the group’s 72 trucks.

According to the first informations obtained, tickets for the concert should be made availablle as of July 31st. The price would vary between 100 and 300 dollars.

The last details will be officially announced this weekend.

Daniel Craig in Another James Bond Movie

The English actor, who will make his debut in this prestigious role next November, has signed a contract for the 22nd film of the series that will be out in May 2008.

The 38-year old star became the 6th actor to play the role of Her Majesty’s secret agent 007 after Irish actor Pierce Brosnan.

Before taking on his role in Casino Royal, Craig played in the movies Lara Croft: Tomb Raider, Road To Perdition and Munich, among others.

Ashlee Simpson Sells Her House

According to People magazine, the 21-year old star wants 6 million dollars for her superb dwelling located in Encino.

The star says the selling point of her 1,300 square feet home is the closets.

The villa also has a pool, and many other charming assets. “Mountains on one side, the city on the other," stated the singer.

Ashlee Simpson, Jessica’s younger sister, wants to sell her house in order to buy another one by the beach.

A Book for Maroon 5

After having spent the past three years and a half on the road to promote their album Songs About Jane, Maroon 5 had many things to say. This is the objective of this first book.

The 288-page book is full of pictures taken on stage and backstage by Christopher Wray-McCann.

The group, who is now working on its next album, is helping fans find out more about the life of its members.

One can also read about how Ryan Dusick, the group’s drummer, felt when he had heart problems during the tour.

He finally had to stop working before coming back home and being replaced by one of his friends in the group.

The book Midnight Miles: On the Road Through 5 Continents & 17 Countries is published By MTV Books.

Guy Cloutier Is Free

This morning, in Laval, Guy Cloutier, in hopes of regaining his freedom, was heard by the National Parole Board (NPB).

Before the Board’s judges, the man who sexually abused singer Nathalie Simard said that money could not heal all the wounds he inflicted to his victims.

The man, who spent 19 months in jail, also admitted he was an abuser.

Cloutier also added during his testimony, which lasted about 40 minutes, that he is not physically attracted to children.

The former business man says that he has support from his wife and that he would never again in his professional life be an entertainment impresario. At the most, he might become a consultant for some companies.

The man wiped away tears as he heard the Board’s decision. The Board admits that Cloutier only represents a small risk for society. We do not know the exact date of his release.

Hulk II Finds a Producer

Action movie cinematographer (Transporter, Unleashed), Leterrier will direct the Marvel adaptation titled The Incredible Hulk.

The production of this series is underway. Zak Penn, who wrote X2: X-Men United and X-Men: The Last Stand, will write the script.

The casting will be announced shortly. However, rumor has it that actors Brendan Fraser (The Mummy, Gods and Monsters) and Dominic Purcell (Blade: Trinity) would be the two main candidates for the title role.

Ryan Reynolds, Derek Luke and Isla Fisher Reunited

Definetely, Maybe was written and produced by Adam Brooks, who wrote the script for Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason and Wimbeldon, among others. It is the story of a political consultant who is about to get divorced. He must answer the tricky questions of his 11-year old daughter.

The lead actor in this new movie is Ryan Reynolds. We know him for his roles in Wainting…, Van Wilder, and Just Friends, among others.

Culkin and Kunis Flee Israel

Culkin, the Home Alone star, and his girlfriend, Kunis, who stars in That 70s Show, have decided to flee Israel after rocket attacks on the country by Lebanon.

The couple was vacationing in the Near East when the city where they were staying, Haifa, was hit.

According to the Jerusalem Post, the actor immediately decided to hop on a plane to the United States.

"We went to the beach, and there were tons of jellyfish. Even the sea was dangerous!" apparently said Culkin to an airline employee.

In the movie, which will be out in 2007, Pacino plays the role of a college professor who gets a phone call saying he will be murdered in 88 minutes.
