Sandra Bullock is a Good Sister

The Hollywood star was in Montpelier, Vermont for the opening of Gesine’s Confectionary, owned by her sister Gesine Prado.

The star said, "These are my sister’s macaroons," as she sat with her sister and her two children.

In addition to her cooking skills, Bullock’s sister is also the brains behind the production company Fortis Films, which produced the successful films Miss Congeniality and Miss Congeniality 2 for her sister.

As for having Sandra appear at the opening, "She’s just trying to help," Prado said. "That was her decision to come. We didn’t want publicity."

Last month, Bullock married television host Jesse James.  Sister Gesine made the wedding cake for the couple.

James Bond Drives Italian Style

According to the Italian press, Agent 007 won’t be driving an Aston Martin or even a BMW, this time he’ll pilot a Fiat Panda.

The small budget-minded car is a suprise choice for the film, as normally James Bond drove flashy, faster cars. 

The new movie for 007, Casino Royale is being directed by Martin Campbell (The Mask of Zorro, Goldeneye).  The actor to play Bond has not been named yet.

Jennifer Aniston Breaks Her Silence

In the September issue of the publication, Aniston is revealing her thoughts for the first time since her separation after four years of marriage.

In the article, entitled, "Jen Finally Talks! (And talks and talks. And cries. And talks…)", the former Friends star shows the public her feelings.

Aniston said, "Am I lonely? Yes. Am I upset? Yes. Am I confused? Yes. But I’m also doing really well."

Aniston, who filed for divorce last March, also talked about the rumours that she didn’t want to have children with Brad Pitt.  She explained, "I’ve never in my life said I didn’t want to have children. I did, and I do, and I will!"

Concerning the pictures of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie that have prompted rumours of an affair, Jennifer added, "The world was shocked, and I was shocked. I’d be a robot if I said I didn’t feel moments of anger, of hurt, of embarrassment."

As for the shots of Pitt and Jolie playing with her young son Maddox, "I can’t say it was one of the highlights of my year," Aniston admits.

George Lucas Works on His T.V. Projects

According to Variety, the director is working on Clone Wars, a 3-D animated series, and also a second project, which is a conventional action series.  The director spoke about the cost of his projects, "we’re going do something that would normally cost ($20 million-$30 million) and try to do it for $1 million,"

For now, Lucas is finishing work on The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles which was produced at a fraction of the normal cost.

Ben Stiller Is A Father Again

According to People magazine, Quinlin Dempsey Stiller was born on July 10 in Los Angeles.

Stiller, 39, starred in Meet the Fockers and costarred with his wife in Dodgeball and Zoolander.  The two are also the parents of a three year-old daughter, Ella.

Brittany Murphy To Star in Sin City 2

The American star made the announcement to OK! magazine.  Robert Rodriguez will direct the film, which is scheduled for release in the summer of 2006.

Murphy said, "I’m absolutely thrilled. It’s exciting to be a part of something so big and artistically groundbreaking"

"I love the film and I’m ecstatic to be working with director Robert Rodriguez and the crew again," she adds.

Synchronicity DVD Coming

The DVD of the most important album from the English trio will include scenes from their Synchronicity concert in Atlanta in November, 1983.  The DVD will be available in stores in the next few weeks.

Remixed in 5.1 Surround Sound, the classic performances of the songs Synchronicity, Roxanne, Invisible Sun and Don’t Stand So Close to Me are covered with multiple camera angles from a concert in Montreal.

Destiny’s Child Prepares a Farewell DVD

The girl group, who announced recently that they will split at the end of their tour in September, will be offering a DVD by the end of the year.

Kelly Rowland said, "We’ve got a DVD planned — it was actually [recorded July 15] at our great Atlanta show, and we’re going to do a greatest hits album."

Rowland says. "We’re definitely going to record another song for our greatest hits album for our fans."

Rowland, Beyonce Knowles and Michelle Williams are ready to begin their solo careers.  The three have sold over 40 million records world wide.

Is J.Lo Pregnant?

After one year of marriage, Lopez and husband, Marc Anthony, are reportedly awaiting the arrival of a baby.  The news was reported by Star magazine.

"It’s very top secret right now," a source tells Star — but the pictures seem to tell the whole story. In fact, the source adds, "she could be six to seven weeks gone."

The 36 year-old star has never hidden her desire to become a mother.  "I want a baby as soon as I possibly can," she once told a reporter.

"She and Marc have been trying since they got married.", quoted the magazine.
