Judge Lee Gilmour, in Sydney Australia, has ordered photographer Jamie Fawcett to provide a DNA sample to investigators. They are attempting to prove if he is responsible for the installation of microphones found in the residence of the star last January.
Fawcett, who has not yet been charged, has previously refused to provide a sample. Earlier this year, Kidman obtained a restraining order to keep Fawcett and another photographer away from her. These injunctions have been lifted, however.
