Demi Moore Expecting Again

According to Star Magazine, the successful actress, 42, is awaiting her fourth child, her first with Kutcher, 27.

It was the actor who made the announcement to his friends.

Star Magazine revealed that the actress is 8 weeks along, and is due to give birth in October.  The pregnancy was confirmed on March 4, when Moore saw her doctor in Beverly Hills.

According to the magazine’s source, the star did not want to announce the pregnancy until she was past the three month mark, to ensure that she didn’t miscarry.

Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher have been a couple for over two years.  Moore was previously married to actor Bruce Willis, and has three daughters from that union.

Sofia Coppola Returns to Versailles

The oscar winning director of Lost In Translation has rented a home in France for 11 weeks.  According to Le Parisien, the cost for the rental is more than 300 000 €.

The movie script is loosely based on the book "Marie-Antoinette – The Journey", by Antonia Fraser, and will star Kirsten Dunst (Spider-Man).

The budget for the film, which is expected to be released in 2006, is more than $40 million.

Billy Joel Enters Rehab

The news was confirmed by a representative of the singer.  Joel made the decision after suffering from severe intestinal attacks in February.

Since 2002, it’s the second time the singer has sought help.

Joel, 55, has recently married for the third time.  In October he married Kate Lee, a 23 year-old woman.

Claudia Schiffer Turns Down Movie Offer

The star model turned down the offer because she said she would rather do films directed by her husband.

Tarantino stated last weekend at the Empire Magazine Film Awards that he would like to work with the catwalk star.  However, she has turned down the offer.

Schiffer, who is married to filmmaker Matthew Vaughn (Layer Cake), responded, "Quentin asked me to work with him but there is no way I am going to do that all the time Matthew is working in films."

"It would be so disloyal and Matthew would be so disappointed with me."

The Vatican to Debunk Da Vinci Code

According to the Vatican and its representative Cardinal Tarcisio Bertone, the novel contains "shameful and unfounded lies".

The Cardinal revealed in the Italian newspaper Il Giornale, "The book is everywhere. There is a very real risk that many people who read it will believe that the fables it contains are true."

The Da Vinci Code tells the story of how Robert Langdon, a professor and code expert who is looking into the murder of the curator of the Louvre Museum in Paris. He discovers a series of clues buried in the works of the art gallery.  Beside the dead body the police found a coded message that Langdon and Sophie Neveu, a police cryptographer, are trying to resolve.  They discover that the entire mystery revolves around the piece of Leonardo Da Vinci and that the deceased was a member of the secret society called the Priory of Sion.  Da Vinci had also been a member.

An adaptation of the book is planned for theatres, and will be directed by Ron Howard (Apollo 13).  The film will star Tom Hanks, Audrey Tautou and Jean Reno.

New Inductees for Rock and Roll Hall of Fame

At a ceremony in New York the artists were added to the biggest names in musical history.

The evening provided plenty of entertainment, and the lead singer of U2, Bono, seranaded actress Catherine Zeta Jones.

In order to be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, the artists have to have been creating music for more than 25 years.  The selections are made from over 700 rock music experts.

Madonna Loves New York

The 46 year-old singer, who has already written the song, left her home in Michigan in the 80s to pursue her life of stardom in New York.

For her next CD, the star worked with French producer Français Mirwais, who had previously worked on her American Life and Music CDs.

No date has been announced yet for this latest release.

Bono Launches Clothing Line

The singer and activist is working on the new venture with his wife, Ali Hewson, and designer Rogan Gregory.

Always thinking of the world’s political goings-on, the Edun collection of ready-to-wear clothing is both eco-friendly, and follows fair-labor laws for it’s workers.

The factories are in countries where there is high rates of unemployment to create jobs.  The salaries are fair, and they do not employ children, as many competing clothing companies do.

Ali Hewson explains, "We wanted to show that you can make a for-profit business where everybody in the chain is treated well."

The Edun collection is already available in England and the United States.

Heidi Klum Is Expecting Again

According to the New York Post, the German model is having a baby with her new love, British singer Seal.

The couple started dating while she was pregnant with her daughter Leni, who is the daughter of Klum’s former lover Flavio Briatore.

Heidi Klum and Seal became engaged last Christmas.
