Quarrel Over the Next James Bond

According to Breaking News, the producer Barbara Broccoli and MGM Studios, have a very different view of what the 21st episode of James Bond should be like.

The producer would like to have a more traditional and serious story, while those at MGM would like a big budget film that puts the emphasis on special effects and stunts.

"The Broccoli camp believe they are the keepers of an untouchable tradition, and the money men want their megabucks."

The list of problems seems too long for a film that is to begin filming in 2006.  The script is not complete, and the actors have not been chosen.

Pierce Brosnan, who did the former James Bond, has pulled out of the project.

Gisele Bundchen Turns Down James Bond

The celebrity model who was present in the Rio Fashion week denied that she was invited to join in the next film of the James Bond series.

"I never received that invitation (for the Bond film). You know what happens? I’m a very boring person. I work a lot, I go from home from work, I eat dinner, sleep. I don’t take drugs, I’m not scandalous. So people have to start inventing things about me to publish in the columns," Bundchen told reporters during a brief press conference following the fashion show late on Friday night. I’ve read some scripts, but nothing is certain in the film industry. I don’t want to be a professional actress, but I like to experiment," she said.

Bundchen, who made her debut in the American version of the movie Taxi, mentioned that she may still do more movies.

"I’m concerned with social causes," she was quoted by the Estado news agency. "I will donate a lot of money."
