Lindsay Lohan turned 24 on July 2 and got an early birthday present at the Voyeur club in Los Angeles.
The actress was hanging out with a group of friends that included reality TV star Doug Reinhardt (The Hills) and British rugby player Danny Cipriani. She says a cocktail waitress smacked her for no good reason.
Lohan described the alleged attack on her Twitter page, writing around 1 am that morning: "A waitress just hit me – punched me for no reason."
A witness told Us magazine the waitress had a "history" with Reinhardt and was a wee bit jealous of Lohan.
In her defence, waitress Jasmine Waltz replied to the allegation, stating: "All I have to say is that disturbed little train wreck is delusional. I didn’t hit her. But I’d like too."
Lindsay Lohan and her alcohol monitoring ankle bracelet are scheduled to appear at a probation violation hearing tomorrow (July 6).
The actress must prove to a judge that she has done everything by the book. She was supposed to submit to random drug tests (and pass!), abstain from drinking and attend alcohol education classes.
