If men want to have children or fight fertility problems, they should eat bananas regularly says a urology expert from Singapore, according to MedicMagic.
Since bananas are a rich source of magnesium, vitamins A, B1, C and proteins, all of which strengthen and stimulate the production of sperm. Eating a banana regularly every three days would be sufficient.
Other foods that may improve quantity of sperm, include grains, green vegetables, peas, zinc from fat-free meat, vitamin D from milk and salmon.
To maintain sperm quality and increase fertility, men should avoid drinking alcohol, smoking, stress, hot showers and saunas.
